I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for taking the time to leave such a nice review! I agree that everyone here is easy to get along with, and speaking as someone who has worked at both the community level and at the corporate office, we do have a fair amount of freedom. As far as the raises go, I can't really speak on that part. All I can say is that not everyone has the same experiences, and if you feel that this is an issue you should really try talking to your manager about this. I believe that management is pretty reasonable and more than willing to listen. We really appreciate you leaving an honest review, and encourage you to keep them coming! Thank you, Jessica
