Stability with growth - Leasing Consultant Edward Rose & Sons Employee Review

First, I wanted to say thank you for leaving such a magnificent review about the company that we work for! I think it's great that you love to be challenged and that Edward Rose & Sons is able to give that to you. I feel the same way. I love learning new things and challenging myself to always strive for greatness. It's nice to have so many co-workers that enjoy learning new technology, especially since technology is constantly changing and it helps the company to improve in so many ways. I also have to agree with you when it comes to our paid time off program. There are not many companies that compare to Edward Rose & Sons when it comes to the generous amount of PTO that accrues with every paycheck. With a lot of company's, it's "use it or lose it", but not with us. We are very fortunate for this benefit! I was sorry to read that you feel there is no way for you to climb the ladder here. From my knowledge, there is not much in the way of travel for the management positions at our communities. I know that it's usually required once a year for training, so I'm guessing that must be what you are talking about. If you haven't already, you should talk to your manager about this to see if there are other options. Thank you again for leaving a review.
