Pros

This company has been a great learning experience for me. It is very diverse with operations in land development, construction, and property management. It is a great feeling to work for a company that is continually expanding its portfolio and has experienced great success along the way. There have been a lot of changes implemented over the past few years from both a technological and an employment practices point-of-view. The CEO is a great leader and mentor, and I am excited to be a part of the future here.

Cons

No place is perfect, but there are many areas of the company that have improved recently. Some of the older posts do not represent the current state of the company. We've come a long way, and the company continues to work on its processes, policies, and procedures to make things better every day.

Thank you for such a positive review! We have gone through a lot of changes in the past few years, and although they are not always easy tasks, we work together as a team to figure it all out. I agree, we have definitely come a long way! Thank you for everything that you do!

Changes happen frequently it's a lot to keep up with while managing day to day.
