Treats employees poorly - Anonymous employee Edward Rose & Sons Employee Review

Our community has raised the rent thee times in a year, however we have not received anything more than yearly raises which are only about .25. Not only that but the garages just now went up as well. This community has a lot of turn over and the main reason is because they don't give employees an incentive to stay. For a long time this company didn't even pay us enough to afford to live here. How is that ethical? They just started giving us a 20% discount which is a little better.
