Pros
The pros are very very short. You get an ok discount on your apartment. And if you're ok working lots and lots of over time the pay can be ok.
Cons
First of all the corporate does not care about their people in any way, shape, or form. It's all about how you can the most amount of money out of everyone. Management is a joke. At my property the assistant manger was so stressed she almost cried everyday while the property manager did absolutely nothing but play on his phone and talk about his personal relationship problems. At one point I worked 2 weeks straight no days off, because they can't keep a property staffed. And the base pay is awful you can make more money working fast food. They never want to fix anything so residents constantly scream at you. I could go on for days.
