      This company invests in their employees by offering wonderful training opportunities, cross training and opportunities to develop their relationships with those who can one day become mentors! Edward Rose and Sons was not a company I sought out. A wonderful opportunity presented itself and I took it. I did not have any experience in PM but it quickly became a passion. If you are the type of person that loves to solve problems, can stay cool under pressure and has a desire to grow, Edward Rose and Sons can be a lifelong career for you too.

      Cons

      Edward Rose and Sons has advanced so quickly that sometimes there are growing pains while everyone catches up to the changes. All for the good of the company of course!
