Half the employees are expected to all the work. They hold meetings to discuss change and improvements, yet take none of the advice. Upper management have gotten there through threatening to quit. Some of the leaders either don't care because they are riding out their time to retire, or have huge egos and are only able to care about something if it serves them specifically. But it's a job. Pay is almost acceptable. Wouldn't put in the effort or hold your breath of looking for a career here. One guy I worked with had been there 30 years and we made the same amount of money. He was one of their best employees.
