Pros

Technology is impressive, and the development and product teams are delivering amazing solutions with great speed.

Cons

All of the negative reviews previously posted are all very true. Culture is VERY poor, and many people are unhappy. It is a growth first culture and it feels as if you are a second class citizen unless you are one of the leaders past colleagues (Apttus)/ friends or one of the very few sales people that actually close business (most do not). Sr. Leadership is arrogant and shows obvious favoritism towards this protected group. The mission of enabling "everyone in the world to find the right career" isn't extended to Eightfold employees. Many people would like to develop and grow in to leadership roles but Eightfold most often hires outside, never even using the AI to find internal matches.

Pros

As a recent hire, my onboarding experience has been surprisingly smooth. Like any high-growth technology company, there is definitely some "drinking from the fire hose" in the first few weeks, but that's largely because there is so much happening across the business. The team has been welcoming, supportive, and willing to invest time in helping new employees ramp up. What has stood out most is the company's vision and the pace of innovation. It feels like there is a constant stream of product announcements, new capabilities, and customer momentum. If you're someone who enjoys being close to emerging AI technology and wants to help shape the future rather than maintain the status quo, there's a lot to be excited about here. The people are smart, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about solving complex problems. There is also a strong sense of ownership and opportunity to make an impact regardless of tenure.

Cons

The pace is not for everyone. Priorities can move quickly as the company responds to market opportunities, and you should be prepared to learn fast and navigate some ambiguity. Having a proactive mindset is important.

Pros

They pay top dollar, but that comes at a cost of you working your butt off and still feeling like you might lose your job tomorrow.

Cons

Easily the worst company I have worked at. The foundational pieces of a culture from work life balance, basic psychological safety, opportunity to work with kind leaders who lead…were absolutely missing and lacking. From waking up to too many fire drill Slack messages, to working late at night, to being ridiculed by leadership, I can’t tell you how many horror stories I have gained. It’s truly sad because there are so many really good ICs and a couple fantastic leaders (but they couldn’t shift the culture alone). I am so happy I no longer work here. Not to mention the product was so aspirational to the extent that it was hard to tell what value was being received by customers. Churn was high and it is a miracle that customers stayed…The CS team worked endlessly to keep them. I actually feel horrible sharing all this, but I’m inclined to because unless it has made a complete 180 in the last year, this is not a place I’d ever recommend.
