Pros
The people that work there outside of upper management are truly wonderful people so the co-workers are probably the biggest "pro" going for them at the moment. Benefits and pay were pretty decent too but nothing to write home about compared to similar roles.
Cons
Where to start? Leadership is a mess from the C level down to department heads. It's all about who you know and where you came from. They don't actually vet deals properly so the pipeline is completely inaccurate and now they're having a bunch of layoffs because people signed up for goals that the pipeline doesn't support. The company is completely dysfunctional at the core, it's basically join the team and get tossed into the deep end with little to no support for your ramp up since it's all tribal knowledge. I feel bad for the remaining people there as the workloads are already too heavy as is and are about to get worse. The product is still a gamble, the company is landing some good logos but there's so many issues with getting things working that I have little faith that the renewals needed to keep this one going will come through. Please avoid entirely for your own good, I should have.
