Policies are not applied fairly. Incompetent staff get away with not doing their job while more and more is placed on knowledgeable competent staff. HR turnover is high and only a few are actually helpful. Many are rude and don’t want to do their job. I always try to work with the long term HR staff who actually seem to still care about the employees. Every company has their issues but so many new hires express that it’s worse here than other places.
