Pros
Front line staff are truly hard workers and great people. The food at the cafeteria is good
Cons
Poor leadership, actually really no leadership from my observations. There is a distinct disconnect from operations and rest of the hospital. The hospital is dirty; the old hospital does not get cleaned on a regular basis, and it is not maintained. It should have been a red flag when my offer letter changed from what was purposed during my communication with the HR director. If you take a new opportunity, don’t let your management know where you are going. I am an open book and when I was asked where I was going, I was honest; but my management actual called the new organization I was moving to, and asked if they could push out my start date another month (after I had already given a 3 week notice).
