Pros

Good benefits, especially medical benefits and PTO, very fast pace and technologically advanced environment to learn new stuff. Great people to work with since everyone is focus on patient safety and care as the end goal.

Cons

Co-workers are burned out and tend to call in sick, causing a chain reaction to current workers to double the work and get burned out. It is a chain reaction and cycle that is not good for support and morale of the department. There is double standard with dress code, management can wear sweats and slippers but staff are asked not to wear sneakers or jeans. There is a high level of turn over of employees so there is constant training and education in relation to use of technology, especially short term contractors which leave for better pay and longer term jobs constantly. Parking is not enough, if you come after 7 am you will not find parking, they have stack parking which sucks. There is not enough restrooms for employees, since constantly walking around looking for available restrooms in far off locations. Pay scale is a little low compare to industry standard, i see alot of staff leaving since pay is very competitive in Silicon Valley.
