Pros

One of the best reasons to work at El Camino was that they realized the importance of nurses. It was a nurses hospital. this was good for the patients because nurses spend more time with patients than doctors and know their needs. Over time this was over done and anyone with a license was recruited. As the number of poor nurses grew so did our influence until management became anti-nurse and blame nurses for their own financial incompetence.

Cons

This place has become so anti-nurse that the management no longer defends nurses, no matter how outrageous the situation the customer is always right, even when science and rational thought would dictate otherwise.
