Good Income if you work more than 8 hours and more than 5 days per week. Benefits, and Training.

Cons

You are responsible for meeting goals even when customer are not visiting the store during low seasons. Get pay only when the furniture is delivered in good standing (your pay check also depends on the warehouse and delivery team manipulation of the furniture)

Independent/no micromanaging, and friendly coworkers

Dishonesty from management, extremely slowwwww, let go with no notice or real reason at all, managers are two best friends so if u cross one- u are done. I called out being lied to two times and it got me let go. Have to pay for THEIR tablet and absolutely not allowed to bring your own. Ridiculous. Customers are great and facility is cute. But when I say it’s slow…I mean sloooooooowwwww. I do NOT recommend doing sales here if u are in the industry. I wouldn’t return to work here EVER
