Great work-life balance. Benefits (despite being on the low-end and costly). Hardworking and helpful co-workers. Great work experience for resume.

Cons

Low wages with disproportionate responsibility. Deceitful and disingenuous ownership, management, and human resources department. Nepotism and cronyism are the company culture. Unprofessional and spiteful lower management. Management micromanages and bullies employees, undermines staff ideas prior to company meetings, and marginalizes employee work while ownership blatantly ignores complaints. Lower management vindictively creates a tense and fearful work environment. Antiquated hiring processes and policies. Questionable employment and corporate practices.

Independent/no micromanaging, and friendly coworkers

Dishonesty from management, extremely slowwwww, let go with no notice or real reason at all, managers are two best friends so if u cross one- u are done. I called out being lied to two times and it got me let go. Have to pay for THEIR tablet and absolutely not allowed to bring your own. Ridiculous. Customers are great and facility is cute. But when I say it’s slow…I mean sloooooooowwwww. I do NOT recommend doing sales here if u are in the industry. I wouldn’t return to work here EVER
