Pros
You get to choose two days off during the week; consistent schedule. Work is done on iPad, so, it is easier and neater to do work. You have a chance to make good paychecks every 2 weeks. Direct Deposit for pay, as well as paid time off you acquire from working. Store hours are 11am-7pm, so, you have time after to go out and do stuff(hang out with friends/family etc.). You are not trapped to a desk all day like a normal job; get to work with people. Sunday-Friday, your shift is 10:30am-7pm. 1 hour lunch break when on straight commission. Great location with lots of traffic(customers), as well as near fun activities to do stuff after work.
Cons
When on straight commission, if you don't sell, you don't make money; no hourly. You have a 13 day period to get merchandise delivered, which can affect your pay range percentage in a negative way. If the merchandise is not delivered, or if it is delivered and NOT accepted by the customer, you do not get paid. If delivery teams damages merchandise, and the customer does not accept it, you don't get paid. You must work weekends, Saturday and Sunday. Saturday's, your shift is 9:30-7pm, so, you start an hour earlier. They switched to UKG for pay instead of ADP, so, your employee handbook cannot be accessed and it is more confusing with scheduling days off. If you do not like working with people, you will not like this job
