      Supportive management/leadership and co-workers, got to work from home

      Cons

      Poor communication at times, constantly changing things up so hard to get a hang of things, no dedicated sick time - sick time takes out of your vacation/personal time and it takes a while to accrue, they switched me to a different branch without asking or offering it as an option

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
