Pros
First Line supervisors are pretty attentive and concerned for their employees. Options for half-day shifts from time to time. Nice PTO policy. Lets employees work with charities instead of work shifts.
Cons
Low pay. They weight the bonus/raise method with requirements that the employee doesn't have control of (10% of all of your calls have to take a survey) and even then the raises are pretty small. The higher management claims that they listen and care about the employees but when push comes to shove, they always come up with excuses why changes can't be implemented.
