Pros

It pays the bills, but that's about all.

Cons

New upper management from Europe is extremely arrogant, condescending to Americans, and out of touch with our culture. All areas are extremely understaffed. Morale is the lowest I've ever seen. My manager gossips about employees to all coworkers, shares confidential information about workers to their peers, and literally lies to your face. No written policies, even when requested. If you do get an answer on policy, they make it up as they go, it is never documented, and the decision is based on their mood and whether or not you're one of their favorites. They complain about employees' incompetencies directly to their peers, yet never address anything with the individual for them to even know anything is wrong.

Pros

Strong environment for professional development and career growth. The organization provides ample opportunities to climb the ladder if you are proactive. I also believe the recent shift in leadership direction is a promising move toward the right future for the company.

Cons

The organization struggles with significant corporate bureaucracy and a siloed working environment, which leads to redundant projects and inefficient capital allocation. While the company pushes a 'total compensation' narrative, the liquid cash compensation and benefits packages—particularly health insurance flexibility—do not currently align with market standards. The lack of a cohesive product strategy remains a primary friction point for leadership.
