Pros

I work in the customer care dept. They start you out at $13/hr which is great for the area. Benefits and insurance begin right away. They don't make you wait 90 days to start receiving them like most places. They promote from within. Very little supervision. You have your own desk. Everyone is very nice and willing to help you grow and advance in the company. Best company I've worked for so far. They cater in lunches from time for employee appreciation and have drawings for gift cards. No pressure to sell in my dept. they're owned by usbank so you could transfer to about anywhere in the us as well as several countries abroad.

Cons

It's a huge company with many departments. One problem is that for some departments we can only email them to get info for customers. we can't contact them directly and resolve the issue or begin to resolve the issue until they email us back which although usually is by the next day, but sometimes they don't email back and that customer wants you to call them back when you find out the answer. When you take 100 + calls / week you're not going to remember about that one call from way back when if that dept doesn't respond to your email.

Pros

Strong environment for professional development and career growth. The organization provides ample opportunities to climb the ladder if you are proactive. I also believe the recent shift in leadership direction is a promising move toward the right future for the company.

Cons

The organization struggles with significant corporate bureaucracy and a siloed working environment, which leads to redundant projects and inefficient capital allocation. While the company pushes a 'total compensation' narrative, the liquid cash compensation and benefits packages—particularly health insurance flexibility—do not currently align with market standards. The lack of a cohesive product strategy remains a primary friction point for leadership.
