Element provides great benefits and professional advancement opportunities for its technical people. It's a fast growing company that is building a solid foundation for the future. Element strives to provide a safe and productive work environment for those who want to work hard. First company I have ever worked for that provides profit sharing opportunities to its employees.
Cons
Sometimes you work a lot of hours, but the reward is in overtime and gain share. Wish everyone worked hard and had a better attitude about gain share so we could make more money. The purpose of gain share is to reward hard work, not the minimum effort.
