1. Horrible management personnel. Employees are micromanaged, overworked, undervalued, and belittled by their managers. Even when grievances were aired about horrible management practices, no changes were made. Please stop rewarding managers who don't know how to respect employees.
2. Terrible company culture. Brown nosing is rewarded. Because HQ and a lot of counterparts are based in Asia, if you work in the U.S., you can assume that there will be an expectation for you to work round the clock.
3. Basics of Benefits and Payroll were poorly managed. I was in constant fear that my medical and dental benefits were not set up properly (or even potentially turned off) because my colleagues would go to the doctor and be told that their benefits were not set up correctly. One paycheck was even "accidentally" withdrawn from our bank accounts before - I can't even comprehend how something like that still happens in this day and age.
4. Not mission or values driven. Do not be claim to be passionate about supply chain transparency and improving the lives of factory workers when the bottom line is all about promoting projects that bring in the most income for the company.
