Be prepared to make financial sacrifices - they might allude to the idea of salary adjustments, it likely will never happen and if it does, you won't have any say in the amount or percentage. The salary increases don't even cover the cost of inflation. Benefits and leave time are below the standard. Senior management does not regularly communicate with employees, when they do, it lacks professionalism and usually isn't very informative. The HR personnel truly struggle to communicate in English. It may be due to cultural differences, they usually come across as rude and the emails are not clear. They take weeks, sometimes months to acknowledge e-mails. There are no transparent processes around promotion, wages or benefits. Depending on who you work for, you may be subject to nasty messages on Skype.
