Thank you for your feedback, and we agree that our weekly pay cycle and the autonomy we strive to empower in our employees are both two wonderful benefits of working with us. We give careful consideration to properly designating the exempt/non-exempt employment status of our employees, and we apologize for any miscommunication related to this information. We welcome you to schedule a call at a time convenient for you with our Executive Vice President of Consultant Care & Recruiting, Mike McBrierty (MMcBrierty@eliassen.com), to discuss this issue further. We are sorry that your experience with Eliassen Group is not what you had hoped for and that we missed our mark in providing you with a positive experience. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Eliassen Group has been a wonderful agency to work for over the years. Consistent, supportive, the pay is on par with the roles usually.

Cons

Contracting can be exhausting over time, no matter what the agency. No benefits, PTO, etc, can really eat at someone.

Thank you for taking the time to share this—we really appreciate it, and we’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience working with Eliassen. It means a lot to know you’ve felt supported and that the work and pay have been consistent. We also know contract work can be both rewarding and demanding, and we’re genuinely grateful for the dedication and impact our consultants bring every day. Thanks again for being part of the Eliassen community.

Thank you for sharing your feedback—we’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We aim to create an environment where new team members feel supported from day one, especially in client-facing roles like this. Our onboarding and training program is built in partnership with our learning & development team and informed by our top-performing sales professionals, and includes structured coaching, access to warm/qualified leads, and ongoing one-on-one support. That said, we know that every role—and every organization—isn’t the right long-term fit for everyone. When that happens, it’s important for us to listen and continue improving how we support and develop our people. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and wish you the best moving forward.
