I’ve been with this company for several years, and overall, it has been a very positive and rewarding experience. The culture here stands out—there’s a strong sense that leadership not only understands the market but also keeps student outcomes at the center of every decision. That mission-driven focus makes the work feel meaningful and impactful. One of the things I appreciate most is the transparency from leadership. Communication is open and consistent, which builds trust and helps employees feel informed and aligned with company goals. It’s clear that leaders genuinely care about both the success of the organization and the well-being of their employees. The company does a great job of balancing business priorities with purpose, and that shows in both the strategy and day-to-day operations. It’s a place where you feel supported, heard, and motivated to do your best work.

One of the better places I've worked. It is remote, with one offsite per year that could have been an email, but you never feel micromanaged. The people are genuinely great, and they hire well; everyone's helpful and easy to work with. It also feels like the mission is real, not just something they slap on the website; you can tell your work actually matters and connects to something bigger. And the workload is reasonable, which honestly feels rare these days

That said, things have shifted in the last few years. There's a real sense of instability in the market right now, and it's bled into how work feels day-to-day, everything's got this undercurrent of urgency and edge that wasn't there before. Leadership hasn't been transparent about it either; the messaging tends to paint a picture that everything's fine, but it's pretty clear financially that it's not. After the layoffs last November, that same uneasy feeling is creeping back in, and it's hard to trust the reassurances when the pattern keeps repeating.
