Pros

Very nice people Serious about work, but not a stressful environment Sort of a pro/con: long interview process could deter some applicants, but it also helps to ensure a good fit. I met everyone I work with before committing to the job.

Cons

None so far: I am very new.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We do have very nice people who are serious about the work we do. Our interview process can tend to be long and this is something we will keep evaluating as we improve the process. Thanks again for your feedback!

Pros

One of the better places I've worked. It is remote, with one offsite per year that could have been an email, but you never feel micromanaged. The people are genuinely great, and they hire well; everyone's helpful and easy to work with. It also feels like the mission is real, not just something they slap on the website; you can tell your work actually matters and connects to something bigger. And the workload is reasonable, which honestly feels rare these days

Cons

That said, things have shifted in the last few years. There's a real sense of instability in the market right now, and it's bled into how work feels day-to-day, everything's got this undercurrent of urgency and edge that wasn't there before. Leadership hasn't been transparent about it either; the messaging tends to paint a picture that everything's fine, but it's pretty clear financially that it's not. After the layoffs last November, that same uneasy feeling is creeping back in, and it's hard to trust the reassurances when the pattern keeps repeating.
