Supervisors are unfair and very rude. Favoritism reigns Supreme. If Supervisors like you then you can do no wrong. If they don't, then you'll always be wrong in their eyes. They are also not very lenient if you are sick or have a family emergency. They are very exact with their timing as well so if you are a few minutes over on break due to an emergency they will write you up. There are frequent write ups for simple things also. Great if you don't value your freedom at work. Systems regularly crash.
