Pros
It's a paycheck and, for most, it's not all that great. Depending on your role, I suppose this could be a con.
Cons
Where do I begin... the culture is awful. The leadership only cares about the bottom line. The company works with "AI companies" and builds on the "AI capabilities". It's in quotes because it's all fake. I never saw a successful project with the AI stuff that maybe exists, but is truly garbage. In proposals, we were forced to sell these capabilities when there are MANY options already approved within the Federal Government. The leadership hires people exactly like themselves. If you are not from the old school Lockheed D list, you are not treated well. DEI is a joke, and the leadership team treats it as such. The contracts folks are rude and incompetent. The pricing is so low that they can't pay their on contract people what they're worth. The benefits are horrible. You're expected to work well above 8 hours a day, including weekends, and if you won't or fight against it, you're either let go or treated horribly. I would avoid working for this company as there is NOTHING good about it. My recommendation: avoid at all costs.
