Pros
Clients are from 19 to 73 years of age with mental and often physical challenges. Positive in attitude and greatly appreciative of any efforts to engage them. They’ve also learned to keep their expectations of others very low.
Cons
There is no training. It’s a sink or swim situation. There are no materials to work with and employees seem to have given up long ago. Pay is extremely low. $19 an hour. Management locks their doors, Pulls their blinds down and shuts themselves off.
