Pros

I have been with Empower Brands - JAN-PRO for almost 1 year. I couldn't say enough good things about my time here. From JAN-PRO leadership Gary Bauer, all the way to the top of Empower with Scott Zide, they provide clear direction and let their people perform.

Cons

You may work harder that you have in the past, but it will be because you are inspired and eager.

Pros

The whole organization is becoming more and more metric-driven and growth focused. With elements such as career mapping & KPI tracking, Empower Brands is truly focused on being objective and focusing on the employees. My manager is always so focused on my personal development!

Cons

My only con I can think of is the PTO structure for hourly employees. It's an accrual system that only earns you 80 hours per year until you hit your 3 year anniversary with the company. However, salaried employees get unlimited PTO and internal growth can be seen organization-wide, so it's not a large issue!
