Cons
The company does a good job of promoting work-life balance; however, I believe there’s room for improvement in the vacation policy structure for hourly employees.

Building an inclusive, positive culture where employees can thrive is at the heart of who we are, and it’s rewarding to see that reflected in your experience.
We also appreciate your perspective on the vacation policy for hourly employees. Ensuring work-life balance for all team members is important to us, and feedback like yours helps guide ongoing reviews of our programs and policies.
Thank you for being part of Empower Brands.
The whole organization is becoming more and more metric-driven and growth focused. With elements such as career mapping & KPI tracking, Empower Brands is truly focused on being objective and focusing on the employees. My manager is always so focused on my personal development!
Cons
My only con I can think of is the PTO structure for hourly employees. It's an accrual system that only earns you 80 hours per year until you hit your 3 year anniversary with the company. However, salaried employees get unlimited PTO and internal growth can be seen organization-wide, so it's not a large issue!
