Fun culture that is supportive while still encouraging teams to do their best each and every day. Leaders who care about the team. Due to company growth, there are lots of career opportunities.

Cons

Lots of change taking place, so must be willing to move with the change.

Pros

The whole organization is becoming more and more metric-driven and growth focused. With elements such as career mapping & KPI tracking, Empower Brands is truly focused on being objective and focusing on the employees. My manager is always so focused on my personal development!

Cons

My only con I can think of is the PTO structure for hourly employees. It's an accrual system that only earns you 80 hours per year until you hit your 3 year anniversary with the company. However, salaried employees get unlimited PTO and internal growth can be seen organization-wide, so it's not a large issue!
