Pros

Good products, good customer focus. Flexible if you get a good boss - most are.

Cons

Uncertainty following the Avago acquisition and Broadcom integration. Current direction is not clear. But, it does look like they are finally putting a stop to too many programs that don't make money.

Pros

The co-workers at Emulex included informed, effective professionals who were friendly and collaborative. Good working conditions.

Cons

Most of what might be considered downsides were just SOP: changes, deadlines, far-flung information, but it kept us busy and productive.
