Pros
Talented therapists to work alongside. Beautiful, world-class destination spa and location. Extensive spa menu. Free in-house training on some services/modalities.
Cons
High turnover among management, spa support staff, and many therapists. Therapist compensation is low.....same with most other positions at the resort. Training pay is only minimum wage at best. Health/401k benefits are poor and only available if you work 5-days/week - which is fast track to burnout for many. Other company offered benefits are slim.
