Pros

If there is one thing I had to pick, it is that Endsight is a very honest company that values its people. They treat us better than most; full medical for my entire family, flexibility in my schedule, and they are very transparent as owners. We just had a company meeting where there was a shift in management responsibilities, and in the Q&A one employee asked how we would be able to hold them (as owners) accountable for their actions and decisions. The question was met with open dialogue about some of the owners shortcomings and permission to call them on those shortcomings when it comes up in day-to-day. How refreshing!

Cons

The bar is set very high for quality of work. I don't think this is a con, but one should know right out of the gate that these guys don't mess around with the service we deliver. It is top notch, and some people can't keep pace. Another thing is that the pay is not as competitive as other companies. Hourly is about 20% low for my particular position, and the 401(k) matching is not the best. If trading working conditions for top dollar pay is your thing, you might want to pass.

Pros

Endsight is an excellent company at which to upskill and move into different positions. People are internally moved through positions in accordance to career planning and interest and there is plenty of opportunity to learn new things and get better. The company has also been flexible with employees who, for example, need time off in excess of their available PTO. The pros of working here outweigh the cons, in my opinion.

Cons

Compensation at Endsight, including benefits and salary, is below what others will offer. The company will struggle to retain talent unless they improve their compensation. Endsight struggles with stability, changing software, job responsibilities, and initiatives often. These decisions are obviously planned at a management level, but come out of nowhere at a lower level requiring rapid shifts. You must be willing to work with that as an employee.
