Pros
I have worked off and on in Information Technology since I was a teenager. Given my experience, I have had the pleasure/displeasure of working for a variety of Private Companies and also Local Government (Full-Time and Contract); some I liked and some I wouldn't go back to if my life depended on it. Having worked at Endsight for a few years now I can honestly say it is the best job I have had for several reasons: * The interviewing process was challenging but allows you to showcase your most refined skills. * Great benefits including free lunch a couple of days a week and cost efficient Health Insurance for your entire family (a variety of choices). * Opportunities for growth/advancement within the company, no need to look for a new job every couple of years as your skills advance. * On the job training and professional development mentoring, the time/cost for certification tests are covered as well. * Well-defined culture and core values, most places just talk about this and few places actually follow through. * Clear goals not only for the company as a whole but also for each department, goals are reviewed and added in 90 cycles in order to keep them fresh (and to also make sure everyone can align to them). With that said, Endsight is an awesome company to work for and it is really growing fast in a positive direction. #1 MSP in 10 years without a doubt!
Cons
Nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to CONs, every job has them and for an MSP that is fast-paced, growing, and staying current when it comes to technology they are to be expected: * Sometimes inter-department communication fails but that does not stop forward progress and/or providing great service. * Sometimes expectations are not met. * Sometimes expectations are not set properly, which relates to the latter.
