Pros

The culture is really great here. The core values feel really thought out and you actually see everyone living them, even upper management. It is the biggest MSP I have worked for but I feel closer to upper management than I did at smaller organizations and I feel those connections are more genuine. After spending time outside of the office with upper management, you really see how great, genuine, and caring they are. They really pay attention during the interview process and it shows. The blameless culture is really great and even after making mistakes and owning up to them, no one makes you feel guilty or shame. For sure I have met some life long friends here already. They do a really great job of wanting and listening to feedback from everyone in the organization and it shows that they really want to make everything the best it can be. Regularly management encourages hard questions getting asked on the fly in scheduled meetings in front of the whole company. I have not seen them stray from one question yet. The on boarding process is thought out and is constantly being improved on. They are always looking at how to improve in all aspects. If you are looking for a place to settle in and stay a while, this is a great place for that.

Cons

So far there really hasn't been anything that has been a con.

Pros

Endsight is an excellent company at which to upskill and move into different positions. People are internally moved through positions in accordance to career planning and interest and there is plenty of opportunity to learn new things and get better. The company has also been flexible with employees who, for example, need time off in excess of their available PTO. The pros of working here outweigh the cons, in my opinion.

Cons

Compensation at Endsight, including benefits and salary, is below what others will offer. The company will struggle to retain talent unless they improve their compensation. Endsight struggles with stability, changing software, job responsibilities, and initiatives often. These decisions are obviously planned at a management level, but come out of nowhere at a lower level requiring rapid shifts. You must be willing to work with that as an employee.
