Pros
I was self-employed and Endsight was initially my client when I began my relationship with them in June, 2004. I worked very closely with all four owners and have been and continue to be impressed with their knowledge and vision for the company. So much so that I decided to become a full time employee for them in October, 2007. Is Endsight perfect, certainly not. Like every company I have worked for in my 30 year career, there are challenges. Some days more than others. However, I will say that the owners strive to do the right thing for their employees and clients. I have seen them do some really wonderful things for employees both personally and professionally during my tenure here. Pros are the lunches, gym, flexibility in work schedule (in some departments) and leadership that is very interested in our opinions and desires to make Endsight a great place to work. Biggest pro for me is the people, best group of people I've ever worked with and for.
Cons
As well documented, we do work hard here. Benefits may not be the best, however they have improved a lot over the years. As a small company, opportunity for advancement is not available in all departments. For me the Pros of working here greatly outweigh the Cons.
