Pros
There is a lot of flexibility to your work schedule and PTO and Co-workers and management are friendly and it is a pretty diverse atmosphere. It is a nice office space and we have a open bar.
Cons
Employees are payed significantly less than market average especially in certain departments. Many departments are given no opportunity for bonuses. Seeking advancement or growth is extremely difficult to achieve and requires months of patience and constant persistence with management. Unless you want to spent months advocating for yourself, expect to go unnoticed. Benefits have been slowly stripped away over the last year, ranging from remote flexibility to bar access and insurance options. Communication expectations are not often met even after the issue has been brought up to management. Many employees are held to high or lower expectations than others in the same role.
