Owner needed his personal stuff painted first before customers, slowing production down. Bad Pay. Mediocre Benefits. Last minute to announce overtime. Lack of help.

Employees are top notch here. A remarkable workplace with exceptional company culture. Apart from fostering a wholesome work environment (minor exception) , Enovate Medical also offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Cons

Engineering is out of control. No leadership at all in any engineering compacity. Enovate is an outstanding organization that encompasses unparalleled protentional if the CEO and engineering managers would do what they get paid to do and was competent. But the three are not.
