Loved the work I did. My manager was very flexible and helped me grow.

Cons

Sometimes there seemed to not have good product plans. So there could be whip lash in product design. Software department could be challenging to work with. They were recently acquired and have laid people off.

Employees are top notch here. A remarkable workplace with exceptional company culture. Apart from fostering a wholesome work environment (minor exception) , Enovate Medical also offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Cons

Engineering is out of control. No leadership at all in any engineering compacity. Enovate is an outstanding organization that encompasses unparalleled protentional if the CEO and engineering managers would do what they get paid to do and was competent. But the three are not.
