Pros

Work from home remotely, competitive salary, insurance works in the anthem network but is expensive, 4.6 weeks off each year, friendly coworkers, executives genuinely care about their employees, off holidays with pay, semi-flexible schedule

Cons

Juggling multiple facilities each day, no 401k match (2% of your salary is given to 401k for free if the company makes its annual budget), need a reliable internet connection or a backup internet

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
