Seasonal employment quadruples employee overhead. Inflation and supply chain has increased product costs/value. Customer base over the age of 50 with limited market segment growth and new customer acquisition solely based in word of mouth.

The benefits are great and the work is simple enough you don't have to worry about bringing work home with you.

Some folks in the management position are difficult to get along with.
