Pros

Ent cares for their employees and it is shown through the amount of quality training we received. This is technically an entry level position, and there were many opportunities for advancement, if you were willing to put in some effort.

Cons

Pay isn't the highest, especially for a position that requires sales, but you can still earn incentives and again, just a starting point.

Pros

Decent pay, great coworkers, simple work, spacious company building and cafeteria within the building.

Cons

Very limited time off opportunities, you are told pushing credit cards are not a requirement but still count against you if you don't, upper management sometimes resorts to guilt tripping and gaslighting to get a narrative across, very limited to no communication between upper and lower management, feels like upper management has no regard for the feelings or outside lives of the employees.
