- Everyone is exceptional at what they do, you end up learning a lot from the people you work with - The work culture is very transparent, direct, and process-oriented. - There is a lot of flexibility in how, when, and where you choose to work from. You get acknowledged for your output, not your input.

Cons

No major cons. The workload might not be for everyone. I wouldn't really call it a con though.

Some of the most thoughtful, caring, and hard working teammates I have ever had. The whole team is very focused on listening to customers and solving their problems. The most rewarding place I have ever worked

Cons

The company is trying to tackle a very difficult problem in a very competitive space. Like any startup, this is not a 9-5.
