While there is plenty of work, and no immediate plans to put further extensive streamlining processes in place, they continue to simply extend contracts for temporary employees, without giving them any concrete ETA as to when they will ever be made permanent. In the meantime, these employees are not given any access to the benefits provided by the company. This is extremely tough for anyone, especially for those with families who need these benefits.
