      Terribly unorganized and doesn't care about employees or customers.

      Pros

      Remote work option (at least during Covid).

      Cons

      Unorganized, standardized processes and procedures are non-existent, no training for new employees but they get assigned to a large number of projects almost immediately, high turnover, terrible management, and terrible pay.
