      It pays the bills With the exception of Senior Management the people are nice

      Cons

      EDC doesn’t Care! Senior Management don’t practice what they preach It’s highly political and judgmental You don’t get recognised for your hard work Any initiative shown either gets shot down, or stolen and given to someone else to manage
