Pros
They have decent starting pay and the job itself is fairly easy.
Cons
Terrible raises, you get a decent starting pay that's higher than a lot of similar jobs but every year you get the same low raise. There is little no not opportunity to move up in the company. There some very clear favoritism from the supervisors.
