Pros
There are staff with excellent management skills available, however they are bypassed due to favoritism
Cons
1. Management is only concerned about themselves, and staying employed 2. People with more years and experience are often passed over for promotion for those favored by management. I witnessed a person that was a contractor get promoted to a supervisor over everybody else that were full time, and 10 plus years of experience? 3. This is factory work, simple. When the belt jams up, its always your fault, per management 4. HR sides with upper management and will not help people being bulled by management. What an embarrassment and crime. 5. No training. Good luck! 6. department is run by a husband and wife team, imagine that? 7. A supervisor with over 10 years of experience was just suddenly fired with no notice or explanation, and when he asked to stay with the company due to his many years, he was again told no. Heartbreaking 8. there is way too much more going on for me to list everything. But, there is an on going investigation in to somebody being bullied by a manager, and again, the manager getting away with it.
